The Foundation awards grants to facilitate significant impact in three primary interest areas: Arts and Culture, Community Service, and Science and Medicine. Of particular interest are organizations that address the following strategies within these areas:

- Advance artistic excellence
- Build the pipeline of talent
- Expand and develop audiences
Community Service
- Promote personal and economic self-sufficiency
- Support youth development
- Alleviate hunger and homelessness
Science and Medicine
- Advance promising scientific and medical research
- Provide capital for facilities and equipment
