Bridget Coughlin

Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Programs
Denver Museum of Nature and Science

Bridget Coughlin was appointed Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Programs at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science in 2009. She is responsible for developing key community partnerships, driving the organization’s strategic planning process, and implementing the Museum’s major initiatives. Previously, she served as Deputy Chief Curator and Curator for Human Health. Bridget joined the Museum in 2005 after working for five years at the National Academy of Sciences where she was the managing editor of the multidisciplinary journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. She holds a B.A. from Knox College and a Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Iowa Howard Hughes Medical Institute.


Sonya Garcia Ulibarri

Executive Director
YouthBiz, Inc.

Sonya Garcia Ulibarri became the Executive Director of YouthBiz in 2007. Under her leadership, YouthBiz is advancing the social and economic empowerment of youth through a focus on business, academics, and leadership. Sonya has an uncommon passion and capacity for fundraising, having spent six years with the Grassroots Institute for Fundraising Training starting as an intern and eventually serving as Executive Director. An active leader in the community, Sonya serves on the boards of the Colorado Nonprofit Development Center, the Community Resource Center, and the Chinook Fund. She has a B.A. in political science and psychology from the University of Colorado.


Maurice (Mo) LaMee

Creede Repertory Theatre

Maurice (Mo) LaMee is in his tenth year as Executive/Artistic Director of the Creede Repertory Theatre. CRT is the oldest repertory theatre company in Colorado and a major economic generator in the Upper Rio Grande Valley. The Theatre annually produces seven to ten plays, hosts numerous musical events and concerts, and offers youth and adult educational programming. Mo has overseen the production of over ninety plays and has directed more than twenty productions since 1997. He serves on the board of the Creede Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Loretto Heights College and the National Theatre Conservatory.


Erin Pulling

Executive Director
Project Angel Heart

Erin Pulling joined Project Angel Heart’s staff in 1995 and has served as Executive Director since 2004. Her organization delivers nutritious meals (at no cost to the participants) to people coping with life-threatening illness. She currently serves on the boards of the Association of Nutrition Service Agencies, a nation-wide group of meal-delivery organizations, and the Dining Out for Life International Association. Erin is a former board president of Community Shares of Colorado and recognized as one of the “Forty Under 40” leaders by The Denver Business Journal. She graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S in psychology and from Regis University with a Master of Nonprofit Management degree.


Chris Watney

President
Colorado Children’s Campaign

Chris Watney became President of the Colorado Children’s Campaign in 2009 after six years as Executive Vice President and Communications Director. The Campaign is a leading bi-partisan voice for children, focused on expanding access to quality healthcare, early childhood experiences and K-12 education. Previously, Chris worked as spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., and was spokesperson for the Justice Department during the Oklahoma City bombing trials. She is Chair of the Board of West Denver Preparatory Charter School, a high-performing public middle school. She has a B.A. from the University of Kansas and an M.A. from the University of Northern Colorado.
