As Metro Caring’s CEO-Integrator, Erik oversees the operations of the organization, prioritizes ideas, executes the strategic plan, manages staff, and supervises financial management and revenue generation. While at Growing Home, Erik also built a strong portfolio of individual and corporate donors further developing the organization’s goal to financial sustainability. Prior to Growing Home, Erik worked with the Boys & Girls Club of Metro Denver, where he gained insurmountable experience in youth development while working in Denver’s inner city. Erik has a deep passion for anti-poverty work and believes in Metro Caring’s mission of offering comprehensive programming to break the cycle of food insecurity, ultimately ending hunger at its root.
