Announcing the 2025 Equity-Focused Leadership Grant Partners

Our dedication to leaders dates back 20 years to the launch of the Livingston Fellowship. In 2023, the board approved expanding our leadership commitment to include resources for organizations with culturally relevant approaches to supporting aspiring leaders. The Equity-Focused Leadership grant has provided $10,000 in unrestricted funding to organizations supporting the professional development of leaders, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+ and/or adults with disabilities poised to lead in the social sector.

For the past three years, community panelists have selected 15 organizations to receive a total of $220,000 and by doing so, have deepened the Foundation’s investment in community-led and informed leadership. The 2025 grant recipients exemplify what community care and responsiveness look like and it is an honor to support their work.
